Whether it be Teamwork, Leadership, Human Factor, Pilot Management or related subjects, we always develop our courses according to each shipowner’s specific requirements. Our courses also take into consideration such factors as different nationalities of the crew, shore personnel and their cultures, types of vessels and their destinations.
The choice of an individual Marine Profile consultant will depend on the type of course to be held. It may be one of our Maritime Psychologists or perhaps a specially trained Master/Pilot or C/E.
